Catering and Charcuterie Table Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservations and Deposits

    • Reservations: All reservations must be made at least 5 days before the event date.
    • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
    • Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit is received.
  2. Payment Policy

    • Full Payment: Full payment must be made 5 days before the event. If payment is not received 5 days before the event, it will be considered automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
    • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [credit card, bank transfer, etc.].
  3. Cancellations and Changes

    • Cancellations: The deposit is NON-transferable and NON-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event if the full payment has been made. The deposit is non-refundable; only the difference will be refunded if full payment has been made.
    • Changes: Changes in the number of guests and/or the menu must be communicated at least 10 days before the event. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on the requested changes.
  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Venue Access: The client is responsible for providing adequate access to the event venue and ensuring that the facilities are suitable for the catering and charcuterie table service.
    • Allergies and Dietary Requirements: The client must inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements in advance.
    • Safety: The client must ensure a safe and suitable environment for food preparation and service.
  5. Limitation of Liability

    • Food Consumption: We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the consumption of food after the agreed delivery and service period.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic, or natural disasters.
  6. Menu and Availability

    • Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions in the menu due to the availability of certain ingredients. We guarantee that substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the integrity of the original menu.
    • Presentation: We will do our best to ensure the food presentation matches what is shown in our promotions, although minor variations may occur. Not all our tables look the same; we always add a unique touch to each event.
  7. Intellectual Property

    • Use of Images: We reserve the right to use images from events for promotional purposes.
  8. Privacy and Personal Data

    • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal data provided by clients and will not share this information with third parties, except as required for service delivery.
    • Use of Data: The data provided will be used solely for event management and communication with the client.
  9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

    • Applicable Law: These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida.
  10. Acceptance of Terms

    • Consent: By placing an order, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.
  11. Additional Services

    • Setup and Teardown: Prices include the setup and teardown of charcuterie tables and other catering elements unless otherwise stated. Tableware is the property of Luxury Moments.
    • Service Duration: The charcuterie table service is available for a period of 2 hours. Additional hours may incur extra costs.
  12. Damage and Loss

    • Responsibility for Damage: The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment and materials provided during the event.
  13. Food Quality and Safety

    • Compliance: All food is prepared and handled in accordance with current food safety regulations. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Terms and Conditions for All Other Services and Products

  1. General

    • Scope: These terms and conditions govern the purchase of flower arrangements, chocolates, breakfast trays, charcuterie, or any other product through our online store.
    • Acceptance: By making a purchase, you fully accept these terms and conditions.
  2. Products and Availability

    • Availability: All products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortage, we reserve the right to substitute the product with one of equal or greater value and quality.
    • Reference Images: Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product.
  3. Prices and Payments

    • Currency and Taxes: All prices are in dollars and include applicable taxes.
    • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Afterpay, and credit cards.
  4. Shipping and Deliveries

    • Shipping Costs: We offer delivery services at an additional cost. You must contact us to coordinate and confirm the delivery cost.
    • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be made on the date and within the timeframe selected by the client when placing the order. We do not guarantee exact delivery times on holidays or under exceptional circumstances.
  5. Cancellations and Returns

    • Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted if made at least 2 days in advance.
    • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All orders require a 50% deposit. If you cancel the order, you will lose 50% of the total amount paid.
  6. Liability

    • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic problems, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
  7. Privacy and Personal Data

    • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will only be used to process your order and improve our services.
  8. Modifications

    • Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective once published on our website.

    • Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, only confirmation that we have received it.
